What types of reviews can you remove, what platforms do you work with?

We focus on the highest-impact ratings platform out there today: Google.

Ours is the only service that has a 100% successful removal rate. All other review removal services will only be able to take down approximately 80% of your problematic reviews, but it's that remaining 20% that makes all the difference!

I don't think you can actually get them removed!

Most review removal companies have anywhere from a 10-50% success rate with removals.

Our success rate is 100% because we use a totally different strategy than everyone else. Our strategy is a manual, human-to-human process whereas other removal companies are just trying to game the algorithms.

How are you able to remove my bad reviews so well?

We have a proprietary strategy which we've developed over the years through our industry contacts. We do NOT use any legal actions, threats, unethical, or high pressure tactics of any kind.

Do you charge my card up front?

No. We collect your payment card information up front, and we initiate a pre-authorization on your card for the amount you will owe once the removals are complete. You will see this pre-authorization on your card statement as a pending charge. Once the problematic reviews are removed, we will complete the charge and capture the payment, at which point the charge will actually "post" to your account.

Why can't I do this myself? What is different in how you remove reviews?

Just like many other businesses, ours relies on our deep industry contacts and proprietary strategy which has taken years to develop. This is not something anyone else can do.

How long does it take for you to remove reviews?

Our process is very quick. It can take as little as 2 business days, but almost always within 5 business days, barring any unforeseen circumstances.

Is this legal and ethical to censor people's opinions?

Your online reputation is yours alone. The last thing you want is for some "Negative Nancy" haters out there tarnishing your good name just because they had a bad day. We go to bat on your behalf and remove any problematic reviews you want to have removed. Everything we do is completely legal, ethical, and above board. We do not bribe or hack to remove content.

Can I choose which reviews I want you to remove?

Yes. You will tell us exactly which reviews you want removed, and we will get them removed.

Do you contact the person who left the bad review?

No. We reach out directly to the review publishing platform (Google) and work with them to get the targeted reviews removed. We do not contact the person who left the review, and you shouldn't either. If we remove the review, and the original reviewer decides to leave another bad review, this will require and additional service agreement and fee to remove the additional review.

The original reviewer will NOT be notified when their review is removed.

How much does it cost to remove these reviews?

We generally charge for each review we remove and can offer discounts for removing more than 10 reviews.

Are the removals permanent?

Yes. Once we get the review removed, it will not come back. This does not apply to situations where the original reviewer finds out his review was removed and decides to post another bad review.

Am I charged if you do not remove the reviews?

No. When you signup, we will collect your payment card info and initiate a "pre-authorization" on your card for the full amount that will be due once we remove the reviews. This pre-authorization will show up as a Pending Charge on your card statement. Once we remove the reviews, only then will we go in and fully capture the payment and the charge will show as a Posted Charge on your card statement. If for some reason a review has not been removed, you will not be charged for that review removal. You are only charged AFTER we fully remove each review.

Does it matter if I've tried to remove this review in the past myself?

No. It does not matter and will not affect our ability to remove the problematic reviews.

Can you remove reviews anywhere besides Google?

Google reviews account for over 80% of your online reputation when it comes to getting new customers, so we only focus on Google.

Do you require a set up fee?

No! There are no hidden fees and you only pay AFTER we have successfully removed the targeted reviews.

Does Ratings911 offer financing?

There is no charge up front but we collect your payment card info and pre-authorize your card for the total amount of your review removals. Only AFTER we have removed the targeted reviews do we then go in and actually CHARGE your card. We require payment in full upon removal of the targeted reviews, so we do not offer any financing.
