No. We collect your payment card information up front, and we initiate a pre-authorization on your card for the amount you will owe once the removals are complete. You will see this pre-authorization on your card statement as a pending charge. Yes. Once we get the review removed, it will not come back. This does not apply to situations where the original reviewer finds out his review was removed and decides to post another bad review.
No. When you signup, we will collect your payment card info and initiate a "pre-authorization" on your card for the full amount that will be due once we remove the reviews. This pre-authorization will show up as a Pending Charge on your card statement. Once we remove the reviews, only then will we go in and fully capture the payment and the charge will show as a Posted Charge on your card statement. If for some reason a review has not been removed, you will not be charged for that review removal. You are only charged AFTER we fully remove each review.
